No. Every new rental receives a free lock with 2 keys. The lock you receive is yours to take and keep after you vacate your storage unit.

If you find that you’re unable to pay your storage rent on time, you should call us promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to work with you. If you simply stop paying your rent, storage facilities may have the right to sell your possessions to recoup the unpaid rent. Make sure to read your rental agreement carefully to understand the terms and conditions of your rental.

You have access to your storage every day of the year except on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. When Daylight Saving Time is in effect, access hours are 7:00am – 7:00pm. Non-Daylight Saving Time hours are 7:00am – 6:00pm.
